2010 : great finesse

Despite a cold and rainy - sometimes snowy - winter, which resulted in a belated bud break, 2010 was overall a rather dry and warm year. Thanks to more abundant rainfalls than in the areas closer to the Mediterranean Sea, vineyards of the Terrasses du Larzac highlands have not suffered from any water scarcity. The usual freshness of nights at such elevation also contributed to the balance of the vintage. As a result, 2010 is a vintage of great finesse, translating perfectly the expression of the terroir.
